Quality Inn & Suites Colby

Excellent place with great wi-fi, free parking, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a late check-out, which I really appreciated. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape!

The location, price and breakfast were good.

There was leftover pizza in the fridge, the soap dish on the sink counter was sudsy , and there was dried soda splashed on the wall behind the bed next to the nightstand.

Everything! We are already looking forward to returning! The great breakfast options, the rooms were quiet, the pool and hot tub were great. The extra pillows on the bed ... the friendly staff. We were amazed to find such a great place to stay and it was a perfect location for our needs.

Bathroom had an odd musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and tidy were good, but the odor detracted from the overall experience. I appreciated the friendly staff, though.

The hotel's location was great and perfect in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was near to a restaurant which is convenient as well as Colby. Truly enjoyed our rooms with fridge and microwave. Had a refrigerator and a washing machine at our disposal.

I had a pleasant stay with easy walking access to Fike Park, a lovely spot for an evening stroll, and enjoyed great dining nearby at Village Inn, just a few steps away, making the whole experience enjoyable.

Front desk staff was polite about the problems.

It has extremely spacious rooms with fridge and microwave as well as microwave to feel comfortable. Special thanks to super-friendly and pleasant staff for making my stay a very nice experience.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, and the hot breakfast was excellent. The cleaning service was lacking, with some areas not very tidy. The state of the hot tub raised some concerns, as it had brown foam during operation. The dining experience could improve. The server seemed uninterested and preoccupied. It was a comfortable stay, with a few areas needing attention.

My stay was pleasant, especially with the comfy beds and the hot breakfast buffet, which included tasty scrambled eggs and bacon! Definitely recommend trying the City Limits Grill for dinner.

The Queen Room was clean and comfy, but the layout was a bit odd with the bathroom sink outside. The beds were decent, and I appreciated the warm indoor pool. The hot tub was kind of gross, filled with brown foam. It's a mixed bag overall, but the room itself was fine for a night's stay.
